This notice explains how we handle personal data on this pre-launch website and its launch list.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Launch list
When you join the launch list we collect your email address and record, alongside it: the date and time you signed up, the exact consent wording you agreed to and its version, the version of this notice, the page you signed up from and any campaign tags in that page's address (for example utm_source).
We use this only to email you when Micro Course Launch Kit opens for sales and to send essential updates about that launch. We won't add you to marketing for other products or brands unless you separately agree.
Legal basis: your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Abuse prevention
To stop automated or repeated sign-ups we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for up to 24 hours. We do not store your IP address itself with your sign-up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the list and site secure.
Server and security logs
Like most websites, our host and network provider process technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and requested pages to deliver and protect the site. These logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
Who processes your data
- IONOS — hosts the server where the website and launch list are stored.
- Cloudflare — provides DNS, content delivery and security for the site and routes email sent to our contact address.
Before we send any launch email, we will update this notice to name the email-sending service we use. We don't sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep your launch-list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so we never email you again. If Micro Course Launch Kit has not launched within 24 months of your sign-up, we'll delete your details.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We'll update this page when anything changes and change the version number above.
